Overview

Discover Imouzzer in a 4×4 vehicle – an exciting off-road adventure for a full day of exploring the stunning landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains and the traditional village known for its waterfalls, rich beekeeping heritage, and exceptional thyme honey.

Along the way, you’ll encounter the famous Argan tree (scientific name: Argania Spinosa) – a mythical, thorny tree reaching 8 to 10 meters in height, perfectly adapted to the arid climate of southwest Morocco. This tree can live up to 200 years and is known for its twisted, knotted trunk and multiple intertwined branches, making it easy for goats to climb. It only sheds its leaves temporarily during periods of extreme drought.

Day 01 :

Agadir

Departure at 9:00 AM, with pick-up in front of your hotel entrance.

Day 02 :

Imouzzer - The Honey Route

We take the national road to Marrakech, then deviate towards the village of Imouzzer (stops at will), to admire the magnificent landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains. We ascend to an altitude of 1650 meters!

The High Atlas offers stunning views, with arid mountains, palm groves, and banana plantations...

There is a typical weekly rural market (only on Thursday mornings). You can also see and admire the beauty of the Cascades, known as "The Bride's Veil," which can only be seen during the rainy season...

After visiting the cascades and the souk (on Thursday) at 1200 meters altitude, enjoy a delightful lunch with a magnificent panorama.

Day 03 :

Paradise Valley: Fresh Air & Nature

In the afternoon, we take a winding road to reach the Timkti palm grove, then continue towards the Paradise Valley, a perfect destination for nature lovers and those who appreciate beautiful landscapes. There is an opportunity for a short walk in the valley (15 to 30 minutes), where you’ll follow the Oued Tamraght gorges, with fresh spring water flowing continuously and lush greenery all year round. The vegetation is rich, featuring Argan trees, Carob trees, Olive trees, Almond trees, Cacti, Wild Oleander, Thuya, Wild Thyme, and Wild Lavender…

Afterwards, we head back to Agadir at a leisurely pace.
